We're Trauma Informed Yoga Educators and Healing Artists who offer programs and trainings in peace and nonviolence, restorative justice and community building.
We collaborate with individuals, communities and organizations impacted by various forms of social and environmental oppression, as all oppressions are connected.
These injustices create traumas that must be addressed through the physical body.
We provide practices that support participants in transforming these traumas and breaking cycles of pain across generations, helping to support future generations through individual and collective healing.
We know that by cultivating inner peace, we can change the way we interact with ourselves, our communities and the world!
Meet Robyn & Keme —
When moving trauma through the body, it’s helpful to have emotional and mental health support from professionals in the areas of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
Meet Our Team of Psychotherapists and Artists —
Dr. Rosa-Ashe Turner & Joe Turner
Dr. Rosa Ashe-Turner continues to provide deep reparative therapy after 25-plus years in a private setting that is warm, welcoming, comfortable and safe. She offers care to individuals, couples and families who are experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges.
“Perhaps you have been working through your areas of trauma for some time now, but they seem to keep returning time and time again..., leaving you exhausted, bewildered and feeling stuck. What if some intensive Psychotherapy work could be useful in helping you to break through some of those barriers? Sometimes an hour once or twice per month is just not enough. Indulge yourself in two, three, or five hours of intensive therapy designed especially to address your own deep and complex experiences of concern. Our time together may include Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Art Therapy, Writing, talk therapy and other forms of creative therapies.
As a Practicing Psychotherapist for 25 plus years and as many as a certified clinical Hypnotherapist... I have found that people who have been in therapy for many years and tried different approaches, can still find it bewildering to note, that they are not quite where they would like to be emotionally. I offer an opportunity that speaks to this person.
If this is the time in your life when you are ready to give yourself the gifts and benefits of indulging in the luxury of your own emotional self-care...then try intensive Psychotherapy in a warm safe nurturing environment. Beyond the years of good useful therapy, is the next level of integration and the excitement of discovering what's next...just for you!” -Dr. Rosa
Joe Turner, Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC
“Straight, gay, kinky, spiritual or skeptic, in therapy you may discover pleasantly surprising things about yourself. You may become more yourself, find new strength. You can transform social minority life experiences into a vision of personal identity. You can come to terms with the realities of anxiety, depression, stress, difficult relationships: Maybe life is exceptionally difficult now. Maybe you need space to rediscover forgotten goals . Sometimes it's good to have assistance. Therapy can help.
In the therapeutic conversation, we can look under the surface. We can find the buried tangles that dull your satisfaction and block you from making change. And we can sort them out. Gently. Safely. I support both 12-Step and Moderation Management approaches. See more at www.joeturnerlpc.com. Joe Richard Turner is listed at AllTherapist.com
We may work with patterns of thinking, or with your deep emotions. We can include emotionally supportive hypnotherapy where it's appropriate. Your needs set the pace.”
