What if I miss the live yoga class that week? You’ll receive a replay of that week’s class if you are not able to attend the live yoga class.
What is the schedule for the Live Zoom classes? The schedule will be released the weekend of September 19th, 2020.

There are many pathways into the practice of yoga: Asanas (yoga poses), Meditation, Seva (service), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Mantra (chanting), Positive Thinking, Jnana (yoga philosophy) and Diet. All of these paths embodies the practice of Yoga.
